Instruction Manual

MediaScout® CentriColumns are part of the 96 well MiniColumn platform from Atoll and are delivered customized, pre-packed with a broad range of commercially chromatography media. 

The available media are listed at Atoll’s web SHOP within a drop-down menu of the CentriColumn customizer.
 
CentriColumns are designed for high effective sample preparation as well as for downstream process development.
 
MediaScout® CentriColumns are operated by centrifugation and fit to any 96 DIN centrifuge able to accept the 41 mm high CentriColumn array excluding base collection plate.
 
MediaScout® CentriColumns provide:
  • Up to 384 samples at the same time

  • CHT, CFT (Bio-Rad): 20 % ethanol + 10 mM sodium phosphate, pH 6.8
  • HyperCel™ (PALL): 30 % isopropanol + 0.1 M sodium phosphate, pH 4.3
  • ProSep® (Millipore): 1 % benzyl alcohol + 0.1 M sodium acetate, pH 5.1

Recommended storage temperature

  • AIEX, CIEX, HIC, SEC and MMC: +4°C to +30°C
  • AC: +4°C to +8°C
Working temperature +4°C to +30°C
Laser label

Placed on every individual column body and containing:

  • Product number
  • Resin name
  • Column volume in µL
